LoA: Story of the Week--Jane Rice

From the American Fantastic Tales collection: Jane Rice, "The Refugee"

I am not familiar with Ms. Rice's work, and as I am a true admirer of most Dark Fantasy/Horror stories, this lack provokes me.  Though not extremely.
