I recently heard an interview with Harold Bloom on Open Source and he seemed as energetic as ever, even doing a kind of jazz reading of the last lines of Hart Crane's The Broken Tower. But it seems as though he has been ailing for some time, deeply disconcerting, I truly hope this is not the last we hear from him.
